About the Position

We are currently seeking a bricklayer for a leading international construction company. You should have previous experience in the field and be available immediately. The role involves constructing walls, facades, and partitions through masonry of load-bearing elements according to safety regulations. You will work under the guidance of a team leader and collaborate with various professionals and clients during the delivery phase. You are also expected to interpret sketches, diagrams, and instructions for various masonry products.

The position is a full-time consultancy assignment with a 6-month fixed-term contract where you will work in 2-shift rotations for 6 weeks at our client's site in Boden, followed by 2 weeks off. If you reside outside of Boden, accommodation and travel will be provided. The start date is currently not set but is expected to be in early 2026.

About You

We are looking for a meticulous, flexible, and responsible bricklayer who can easily collaborate across different interfaces. You enjoy working with your team to safely adhere to safety routines and regulations. Our client sees it as a plus if you have technical skills in producing concrete and mortar with correct dosing. Furthermore, we expect you to have no barriers in the English language, both spoken and written, as many instructions may be in English. We see that you have 3-5 years of experience in traditional masonry and preferably certified to operate lifts and other mobile work platforms. If you also have vocational training as a bricklayer, it will be highly valued.

Requirements for the Position

  • At least 3 years of experience in traditional masonry.
  • Previous experience in building walls with various materials such as concrete blocks and bricks.
  • Ability to organize the storage of equipment and materials for an efficient workflow.
  • Experience in interpreting sketches, diagrams, and instructions for various products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified to operate lifts.
  • Vocational training as a bricklayer.
